Terje H. Nilsen is the Principal at Ray White Paradise Property Group , the branch of the famous Australian real estate company located in the most lucrative part of Bali, Seminyak . Nielsen, originally from Norway, fell in love with Indonesia a long time ago when, just a kid, with his parents he was visiting this beautiful part of Asia. After many years in military education, he decided to continue his studies in finance and management. In 1993, he was about to buy a hotel in Norway but instead he decided to leave everything behind and start a new life in Indonesia. In 2004, Terjie Nielsen moved to Bali with his wife and kids starting some projects in Hotel and Leisure Industry with particular attention to training local employees. In 2005 he joined Mark Vernon Tuck and create the Paradise Property Bali real estate company, that met a great success in the island due to its ability to listen and understand clients needs.
